1. Choose your ideal project, unit, and payment term.

Before settling the reservation fee, the Client must finalize the pre-selling project and the unit they want to buy. It is very important to learn everything about the project, units, and computations.

 

2. Reservation Fee

The reservation fee ranges from ₱50,000.00 - ₱70,000.00 depending on the project. Please be sure of the project, unit, and terms. As reservation fees are non-refundable, but it is deductible to the Total Contract Price.

 

The Reservation Fee can be paid through cash, bank transfer, online payment portals, cheque, and bank deposit.

 

3. Submit any of the following Valid ID

• Philippine TIN ID

• Passport

• Driver’s license

• SSS ID

• GSIS ID

• Postal ID

 

4. Reservation Documents

The following are the required documents for purchasing a unit with Megaworld:

 

• RROP (Request for Reservation and Offer to Purchase)

• Buyers Information Sheet

• Specimen Signature Form.

 

5. Submit Post Dated Checks (PDC) for the monthly payments
